Cancellation policy

Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your customer account. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not cancel letters that have already been paid for. All paid letters will still be mailed according to our regular mailing schedule.

Prepaid Annual Subscriptions
Prepaid annual subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew. You may request a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the actual postage cost is deducted from the refund.
After 60 days, prepaid annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel after the 60-day refund period, all remaining letters included in your prepaid annual subscription will continue to be mailed according to our regular mailing schedule.
